this is a great look! i've never heard of her before. duh me. ivette, you're not a downer, at least not anymore than i am. ;) i think if we dislike something, and we can change it, than we should do whatever in our power, to change it. if it's something we can't change, like say a death, or someone else's behavior, or a physical/health thing, than we have to try to find, remember, or hold onto, the the good elements of it, if we can, then aim for a level of acceptance. no, none of it is easy.
